Product Sizing
You confirm that you have referred to the size chart and measurements displayed on each product page before selecting your size and placing your order.
Swim With Flair will not be responsible for any errors made by you during the order process.

Payments
Swim With Flair only accepts payments by means of the Credit Card types shown, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. We are unable to process any other payment forms at this time.
Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been successfully received.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). For foreign customers please refer to our website currency converter for up-to-date exchange rates.

Taxes, Fees and Duties
When, or after delivery is made, there may be fees, duties, import/export and excise taxes, as well as other fees or assessments which may be assessed or levied by any national, state, or local government and any of their departments and subdivisions in relation to the ordered products. These charges are not included in the original shipping charge and must be paid by you in addition to the amounts stated on our website. You will not be entitled to payment or reimbursement by Swim With Flair for those charges.
If you fail to pay the required fees, duties, taxes or assessments and the items are returned to us, we will provide you with a refund for the returned products minus the return delivery costs. This will take place once the products have been returned.

Ordering Procedure
You may offer to purchase the products described on this website for the specified price on this website.
Your order must contain some of your personal information such as: your name, email address, billing address, postal address, credit card details and any other ordering information specified on this website.
When you place an order to purchase a product from Swim With Flair, an email will be sent to you confirming the receipt and details of your selected order.
The acceptance of this offer to purchase will be at the time we dispatch that product to you and a confirming email in this regard is sent. Customers will receive an email confirmation and tracking number on dispatch of the item(s).
If payments are not successfully received by Swim With Flair or stock is not available, Swim With Flair has the rights to cancel the order, in this event customers are notified immediately.
We are at no time liable for lost or un-received items when a tracking number has been provided, stating that the order has been delivered.
If you have lost or misplaced your tracking number we will happily forward it to you along with your order confirmation.
Promotional Codes
Promotional codes must be used at the time of purchase and cannot be used with a past order. Promotional codes can only be used within the specified time frame and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. There is a limit of one (1) promotional code at the time of checking out.
Colour Matching
We do our absolute best to colour-match our garment photography to how our items look in real life. However, colours do tend to appear differently on different monitors, and we can’t guarantee a 100% match in colour.
As linen is a natural fibre, there may be slight variations in some colours between seasons, making your linen purchase unique to you.
Damage or Stains
Swim With Flair is not liable for any self-inflicted stains or damage to garment/s from the use and application of tanning oils or sunscreen that contain Carroten Oil.
