Our refund and returns policy is valid for 14 days from the date of delivery.
We will offer a replacement or refund if any of the following apply:
1. The item(s) received are the wrong colour, design, or size due to our error.
2. The item(s) received are different from the description on our website.
3. The item(s) are defective.
4. The item(s) are not received within a reasonable timeframe and are considered lost in transit.

Do not send your purchase back before contacting us, as we will provide you with the correct return address.
Returned item(s) must:
1. Be unused and in the same condition as received.
2. Be returned in the original packaging.
When Refunds or Replacements are not Available
We will not replace or refund items if:
1. The item(s) show obvious signs of use and are not defective.
2. The item is not in it’s original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
3. The item(s) were ordered incorrectly by you (e.g. wrong colour, quantity, or size). A refund or exchange in these cases is at the sole discretion of our supplier. Return shipping costs may apply.
4. More than 14 days have passed since the confirmed delivery date.
5. A tracking number confirms delivery, but the item is reported as not received. In such cases, we recommend contacting the delivery carrier directly to lodge an enquiry. We are not liable for parcels lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
6. The item is a gift card – as gift cards are non-refundable.
Change of Mind
Please choose carefully when placing your order. Ensure you refer to the size chart and product measurements before selecting your size, as we will not be responsible for errors made during the ordering process.
Refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases are solely at the discretion of our supplier and may not be approved if the items have been supplied correctly according to your order.
Refunds
We will notify you once your refund has been approved. Once processed, a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
Refunds may take several days to be processed by your bank or payment provider.
If you have not received your refund after 5 business days from the issue date, please check with your bank or card provider.
If 7 business days have passed and you still have not received your refund, contact us so we can investigate.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items can only be refunded if they are defective or the wrong item has been sent.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the returned item has been received.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will issue a refund to the gift giver and notify them of your return.
Shipping Returns
If a return is required, we will provide you with the return address details. Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email.
If you are returning expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
If an exchange is approved, the replacement product may take 1–3 weeks to reach you, depending on location and availability.
Return Shipping Costs
If you are returning an item due to change of mind, you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
If the item is defective, not as described, or the incorrect item was sent, the supplier will cover the return shipping costs.
